Inspired by my love of all things sweet!
A Haunted gingerbread house..made from paper...
Begin by printing out a pattern and transfer that pattern to cardboard.
Choose your paper.
I chose Apothecary Emporium and some G45 Halloween in Wonderland.
Start covering each piece with your chosen paper, using your template as a guide and leave enough to fold and glue around the edges.About 1/2 inch-1/4 inch.
Fold pieces and secure with hot glue.
I stamped the walls with versamark to create a grid pattern.
Once the pieces were secure I also added some distressing and black ink to create an old dirty look.
Look for odds and ends in your stash, junk drawers, tool boxes...kids toy boxes and begin assembling your house.Secure everything with hot glue .
If you want to put lights inside your house and other surprises,do not glue the main roof down.
Once the house is assembled,I spritzed mine with some pearl mist to add some shine.
Have fun with it! Anything goes and if you look a thousand times..you will always see something new...
