    Original

Christmas card using elements of BGs Jovial collection.

  • Step 1

    Original

Products and tools you will need (tagged)

  • Step 2

    Original

You also need the Jovial stitched brads...

  • Step 3

    Original

And a Crop-a-dile or some other small paper punch

  • Step 4

    Original

If you make your own card base, cut an A2 size card, which will measure 5 1/2" w x 8 1/2" long and score lengthwise at 4 1/4 inches. Round the corners and punch or cut a hole that is 1 1/16 inches in diameter (I didn't include the hole punch since I didn't make mine).

  • Step 5

    Original

Cut your green Bazzill at 2 7/8 long and 5 3/8 wide.

  • Step 6

    Original

Round only the top two corners.

  • Step 7

    Original

    Cut the Jovial 6x6 to 2 5/8 L and 5 1/4 W.

  • Step 8

    Original

  • Step 9

    Original

Using adhesive runner, attach the top layer of Jovial CS to the Bazzill

  • Step 10

    Original

Punch a small hole roughly 1/2 way up the side of the CS layers and attach a stitched brad

  • Step 11

    Original

Stamp sentiment onto card base next to hole in Pine Needles

  • Step 12

    Original

Attach Chipboard shape between the brad and the stamped sentiment. Center top to bottom across the border of the printed cs and the card base.

  • Step 13

    Original

Fold card base along score line. On the inside of the card, line up the tiny tag with the hole and adhere.

  • Step 14

    Original

Cut out chosen shape from rub on sheet. Position inside of card next to tiny tag and adhere, peeling off the backing after making sure it is stuck.

  • Step 15

    Original

This is another example of the same card. This is the one posted on the CC contest page. You can see I used a different color card base and brad and the position of the chipboard is different.

  • Step 16

    Original

Inside of the green card, I used a different rub on as well.
