• No Guilt Pistachio Mousse


    It's not pretty but it is YUMMY!! This is my go to LOW sugar, LOW carb dessert. You can add chocoloate chips or pinapple chunks too.

  • Step 1


    This is all you need. Sugar free Cool Whip (8oz), sugar free instant pistashio pudding (1oz), low fat cottage cheese (16oz), medium bowl and rubber spatula.

  • Step 2


    Dump cottage cheese in bowl, a little at a time mix in the pudding.

  • Step 3


    Mix in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set, enjoy!
