• Dump Cake

    Seriously yummy! If it's hot, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Cold, it eats almost like a cookie. Smells scrumptious and tastes even better!!

    Ingredients: one stick of butter (or margarine, butter is better!), can of blueberry (or cherry) pie filling, can of crush pineapple, box of yellow cake mix, some walnuts, some sweet coconut. It bakes in a 13x9x2 pyrex dish. Get one with a lid because you'll want to take this to potlucks! Loads of compliments. See below for a URL where you can find one! :)

    Melt the stick of butter and put a couple spoonfuls on the bottom of your cake pan. DUMP in the pineapple.

    DUMP the blueberries on top.

    DUMP on the dry cake mix. DUMP on the walnuts. DUMP on the coconut. (Do you detect the reason why it's called DUMP cake?!!)

    DUMP on the rest of that melted butter. Don't worry that it's not good for you! The whole bottom layer is fruit, so it cancels out!! Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. That's it! Easy, peasy - pineaple and blueberry squeezy!
