Taking a photo each day for the month of October. Following a schedule.

  • Step 1

    Original

Start out with chipboard (I recycled the backs of note pads) cut to 6 1/4" and kraft paper (enough to hold all the pictures for the month) cut at 6".

  • Step 2

    Original

Measured carefully and punched holes using my crop-o-dile, then inserted the metal rings to be sure they all lined up!

  • Step 3

    Original

then I cut the paper for the cover. I used FP Oct 31 collection, and glued the paper on with Tombo Liquid Glue. Used the glitter cut swirl on the front and a border sticker for the back. Re-punched the holes and stuck them in a phone book with a weight on them overnight to let them dry and keep them from bowing.

  • Step 4

    Original

The ribbon on the cover has "october" rubbed on and then i burned the ends to 1) keep it from fraying and 2) to give it that aged scroll-ly look.

  • Step 5

    Original

then you add pictures! this was day one. rubon at the top, FP Oct 31 paper and stickers. Stick pin from MM.
